The jury is apparently battling it out, usually the longer it takes to reach a verdict the more likely acquittal is but that doesnt mean Max will win by any stretch. Lets face it if you want to try to get a conviction for obscenity you arent gonna go after Vivid….Get the guys on the fringes and work your way in.
