It’s Amazing That Anyone In Porn Can Still Walk

At the rate porners are shooting themselves in the foot here lately it’s a miracle anyone can walk if ya ask me.

Let’s have a look:

Diane Duke and the FSC, sure this one goes without saying but just damn y’all.   you are Stuart Waldman are embarrassing yourselves with the ten thousand jobs number and all that, and now your great idea to defeat AB332 is to have porn people FAX every Assemblyman in the state of California.  Are you fucking serious?  These are porn people…..and who the fuck has a FAX machine anymore?

Moving along. John Stagliano I get what you are doing, yes it’s very low risk, I would hope the reports are wrong and your status is, in fact, disclosed. BUT  Is this really the time to be doing this?  Our industry is under a microscope, one would think we might want to hold off on this kind of thing at least until the dust settles, instead of adding ammo to Isadore Hall’s argument.

Prostitution and agencies.  Look I get it, really I do, laws against prostitution are archaic. There’s a fine line between porn and prostitution.  Why is it illegal to sell something that it is perfectly legal to give away, or exchange for a happy meal? But it is illegal and any agent who has his/her fingers in prostitution in any way right now is playing with fire in a big way, according to the labor code you can’t even hire them.

AVN and XBiz  Acting like there isn’t a problem and not reporting on things that are of vital interest to the industry is self destructive for the whole industry.  You are supposed to be a trade publication not a fucking sales flyer.  You may not like me or Rob Black or what we are saying but you fucking A better think twice before continuing to ignore it.

Kink.com  Ok this one is complicated to me, I don’t really understand the BDSM thing, it’s not my …kink….if you will, but it does seem to me that  electrocuting a girl with a cattle prod is closer to torture than it is to erotica. And Peter…for Gods sake confine your coke habit to off the premises of your company…do I really have to tell you that? And common sense should tell you that gun play in downtown San Fransisco is going to bring the police a-knocking at your door – even in an armory.

Jules Jordan – wrote about this low life yesterday read it below.

Steven Hirsch, James Deen and Farrah Abraham: Is all this shameless whoring you three are doing really benefiting you? Does Farrah REALYY believe her mediocre looks warrant 2 million dollars to watch her get sodomized or is this just more cheap PR whoring from Steven Hirsch?  Speaking of the only news outlet who hasn’t called him out on this obvious PR stunt is TMZ. Thank God for the “Buckwild” star Shae Bradley her sex tape is getting the attention now and she is way hotter than the self proclaimed two million dollar whore.

Mike South – Yep you read that right….It appears that the pipes in hell are frozen over because I am agreeing with Rob Black a lot these days.  Did Rob suddenly grow a conscience or did I suddenly lose mine?  It’s perplexing. Rob and I have actually had contact, cordial contact and I believe that he is sincere. I am not going to relive whatever past transgressions Rob made, he paid for those he has apparently chosen a clean start with the idea of wresting porn back from the clutches of scumbags and fuck ups and I can’t find a fault in that.

You forgot to mention Mr. Mucus Mike. He has done more in the last year to fuck over this industry then anyone.

With regard to Stagliano, whether he reports his statuts or not is probably irrelevant from a workplace safety issue. And whether the activity is low risk or not is also probably irrelevant. This argument that actors are consenting adults who understand the risks is not the way it works. What this really says is that the porn industry really can’t police itself. When an industry veteran like Buttman – a guy who comes across as very bright and who has been taken to court and thus should be aware that pushing the limits has consequences – should no better. He may have been able to argue that the activities in his movies were constitutionally protected freedom of expression; but there is no First Amendment right to infect another individual with a disease in order to realize your artistic vision. These are reckless actions.

The Industry Is a Walking Sex Bomb Waiting to Explode

    –Gene Ross

Diane Duke can talk all she wants about successfully eradicating STD rates, but the fact of the matter is the porn industry is one out of control sex orgy after hours.

Robert Black this week pointed out what no one, including Duke, cares to talk about.

“We have agents that send girls on hooker parties,” Black revealed.

Those guys they’re with aren’t tested. Then these same girls work with HIV John Stagliano; then they go overseas to Dubai to sleep with the prince and hand half of their 20K to their pimps.

“Nobody knows that the girl was out of the country. By the very least no one calls Diane Duke to tell her the girls are going out of the country.

“So if I go to another country, Japan to do research on Godzilla, even then I might have to get shots and stuff. Why isn’t it that agents don’t have to inform APHSS when girls are going in and out of this country? How about when guys go to Brazil, the place where John Stagliano and Darren James contracted HIV from.

“I’ll bet my bottom dollar not one person at Evil Angel has ever reported to APHSS their traveling arrangements and talent their working with. Think about the logic we’re dealing with in our business.

“We have the most retarded women speaking for us [Duke] and Jessica Drake is doing PSAs with hookers at a car wash. You guys are fucking geniuses.”

Thoughts Over the Morning’s Coffee: Duke Better Do Something Regarding Stagliano

    –Gene Ross

There’s a kind of hush all over the porn world. Rob Black has made some serious allegations about the way John Stagliano is doing business – at least when it comes to full disclosure.

Black keeps referring to a lawsuit that’s coming. I know the performer. I know the circumstances. She was with Type 9 Modeling. No longer of course, but, at the time, a meet was set up with her and Stagliano over lunch.

New to the business, she didn’t know that 16 years ago Stagliano played post office with a tranny in Brazil and got a special delivery in his “male” slot. Stagliano certainly didn’t tell her, and she was invited to do some post graduate work in a Stagliano Stretch Class and got stretched.

Later, when this performer met Black she told him of the incident. Horrified, he explained to her Stagliano’s condition. She felt used and abused and, I guess, now has an attorney who’s proceeding with further action.

This is not what Diane Duke and the porn industry need right now. Assemblyman Isadore Hall’s office, from my understanding, is well aware of the situation. And if Hall knows, Michael Weinstein and the AHF know. Duke blew Measure B with the way she handled the Mr. Marcus situation. Duke is also blowing AB 332, and I hate to say I told you so but I’m telling you so.

You would think the men of action over at AVN would be reporting on this. Strangely, it’s only myself and Rob Black that seem to understand the significance of this PR catastrophe.

Of all organizations, APHSS should be commenting. So far, nothing, which is typical Diane Duke. I don’t even want to go over the many other times Duke has looked dumb and silly.

Remember the time Duke took a whole bunch of porn people to San Francisco to meet head on with Stuart Lawley over the .XXX domains? Duke & Co. were shut out of those meetings because Duke doesn’t know the first thing about how the political system operates; and she again looked like a klutz in Sacramento last week. But this is who you elected.

In the Stagliano matter there’s way too many apparent wrongs for Duke and AVN to be silent. An HIV positive person is doing scenes, low risk as they might be, with female performers. What does the APHSS medical board have to say about this? Humor us, please. Yet why are they silent on this issue?

Isn’t this exactly why APHSS exists, or is this alleged medical advisory board a figment of Diane Duke’s $150,000 a year imagination.

Doesn’t the talent have the right to know who is making the decisions about their program which they pay for? Rob Black keeps harping about the power talent have in their hands. But Black’s also right that if they fail to use it, they deserve to end up hooking in back alleys.

Serious criminal allegations have been made. Is Stagliano not notifying these girls of his HIV status? Are the agents not notifying the talent of
Stagliano’s status? Are these girls notifying their subsequent partners that they just worked with someone who has HIV, or are the agents notifying the next scene partners of these female performers?

Black has also posed the question: why is there no quarantine list for these girls? And it’s pretty obvious that nobody is checking tests on these Stretch Class sets. If so, section 1700.30 of the California Labor Code is being violated and a number of porn talent agencies stand to lose their licenses.

With so much information being put out there, APHSS, Diane Duke, AVN and even XBiz have decided to clam up. Isn’t it ironic that the industry can only rely on its information from the blogging world?

Even stranger, I think, that over ten years ago I remember watching Black, then a porcine 261 pounds shit-talking wrestling promoter with dreadlocks, spitting tobacco juice into a Gatorade bottle. Who knew this was the man who would become the adult industry’s voice of reason?

Otherwise there remains a hush over the porn world.

Knock knock,,,,who’s there?,,,,,,,”O”,,,,,,,,O who?,,,,,,,,OSHA you fucking dumbshit, we’ve heard an HIV positive person has been working for your company.

Trish,,,,,”John, its for you, something about you being a fucking dumbshit.”

  7. origen01

This is total BS INVENTED by Rob Black because he has an ax to grind with Stagliano. Stagliano chuckled at his presence during John Leslie’s funeral so Rob has a vendetta to settle.

The Buttman character is dead. DEAD. John Stagliano has NEVER performed with any talent on or off camera after contracting HIV. There is no scandal. Full stop.

As for hooker parties, that is ridiculous. Sure, there is rampant escorting but the guys are generally tested and it’s nothing like a free for all orgy.

Don’t fall into this trap, Mike.

BTW, can you PLEASE look into securing the LukeFord archive from Cindi Loftus. There is valuable journalistic and historical information on that site and I really want to make sure it’s still available after LIB goes dark. Thank you.

  8. MikeSouth

Origen I actually do have Luke Fords Original Archive from before he sold. His concern was that whoever bought the site might destroy it. I don’t have the rights to make it public but I do have the archive

  9. MikeSouth

Also re the Stagliano issue. I dont know if what you would call what John is doing “performing” or not but he is an active participant in these scenes. I have seen nothing that is anything more than very low risk activity if that. While I would hesitate to attack John because I like and respect him it does raise some troubling questions. Not the least of which is why now.

  10. mharris127

I would have to agree here, Mike. John should not be touching any orifice in porn, period! I feel badly that he has HIV but that is how it works — once you have it you may only have sex with fellow HIV patients for the rest of your life. As for his anal stretching videos he should not be doing those (or allowing any of his directors to do them) as well. If one thing goes wrong the actress would have to deal with anal tears that could leave her shitting into an ostomy bag for the rest of her life (ruining her dating life)!

  11. jilted

There are bigger issues than the low risk acts Stagliano is performing, and that is to what extenet his partners are aware of his HIV status. If they are not informed that is inexcusable. If they are informed then they are just plain stupid, and brings up the next question, do these girls notify their next partners that they just had contact with an HIV positive person? And then there are the AGENTS who are booking these scenes, clearly violating 1700.33. And NOTHING in that law says its ok if the performer is consenting. EVERYTHING here is a complete break of the so called industy and APHSS protocols. No quaratime list for females who work with an HIV positive person? Where is the APHSS medical board on this, how can they still remai silent?(becasue it doesnt exist, isnt that right Dianne), and if they do they are obviously complicint with their silence. Who is on this board anyway, don’t the talent have a right to know who is making decision that directly affect their health and well being?

  12. richard373

What really bad porn industry enemys know it short coming have been effectively show case them. Indusrty excuse why can not stop stupid acts endanger people that directly effect buy them have board on fucktard it. FSC bare head up ass sing la la la about serious issues that hurting indusrty does help matters. Does any one need any more proof see why OSHA or state California does take FSC serious on health safty on porn performs. I agree with you jilted only plan FSC has on this serious issue only seem be Dianne Dukes imagination. Silence from FSC speak loud clear to how serious they are not about enforce there owen APHSS protocols.

The Samurai Calls Out James Deen: You Are a Douchebag

who is on that APHSS medical advisory board

    –reader speak

The Samurai calls him out: “Is this little lying douchebag for real? Porn isn’t real? Everything you see is real, the penetration, the cumshot, and the std’s, all of it is real. It may be a fantasy for the viewer, but for the participant it is ALL real.

“And then he says its all about respect? What the fuck does the porn
industry, or James Deen for that matter, know about respect for performers
when their own leaders will not speak up about an HIV positive performer
among their ranks? Of course Deen chose silence on this issue.

“James, show some respect for your fellow performers. You are a vocal
activist in your industry yet you remain silent about an HIV positive
performer in your ranks. Is that what you call RESPECT.

“Or will you continue to be the good little lying lackey that you are, spout the industry bullshit lines, and hope nobody calls you on it. Use YOUR free speech rights that you so lovingly talk about that are supposedly being violated and speak up about the HIV positive performer in YOUR industry the industry that you claim to love so much right now.

“You talk about respect? [Oops, sorry, Farrah Abraham said you didn’t have any.]

“You don’t know the meaning of the word. If you did, you would talk about how DISRESPECTFUL Stagliano, and the agents booking talent to work with him, and how the silence from the likes of Duke, AVN, XBIZ, and especially APHSS and the APHSS medical advisory board (which we all know does not exist).

“How could any MEDICAL advisory board from the adult industry remain silent on this issue? What will be their excuse when they are finally forced to comment? This should be hilarious.

“We can all see it coming. “These are low risk acts and do not warrant a
    quarantine list.”

“And APHSS will ignore the notification of partners, and subsequent partners, and nobody checking tests, and violating every single
APHSS protocol. etc. etc. It is time to NAME these incompetent medical
advisory board members. How can they be called an advisory board and not
advise the industry on this situation?

  14. BT

The question for the medical advisory board is a simple one. Would they go to an HIV positive dentist or dental hygeniest who insisted on cleaning their teeth without wearing gloves? Now, no self-respecting proctologist would practice medicine without wearing gloves, but would the medical advisory board allow their wife or daughter to have a speculum inserted in their rectums by an HIV positive proctologist who was not wearing gloves during the procedure. Would they expect that proctologist to lose his or her license?

The fact that these guys are even inserting speculums in actresses’ vaginas and speculums and then spreading them is almost the equivalent of practicing gynecology or proctology without a license. The risk of an injury is great. The other day, Christian XXX wrote an account on his website about a Joey Silvera shoot. They inserted a soft, spongy ball in the ass of an actress and then couldn’t get it out. The description of what they did to get it out has “potential permanent damage” written all over it.

I know there is a market for everything. That doesn’t mean that everything should be filmed.

Story in progress: AHF’s Mark McGrath Calls Out Diane Duke

    –on the web

The Huffington Post conducted interviews with attorney Michael Fattorosi, AHF’s Mark McGrath, FSC’s Diane Duke, male performers Steven St. Croix and Danny Wylde on the prospects of AB 332 going into law. At one point Duke warned of the threat of the industry’s having to use hazmat suits.

“Nobody is talking Hazmat suits except your Industry,” McGrath told Duke. “That’s the specter your industry is raising.”
