Jeffery and IS Diane Boss My Bad

I had a couple of members notify me yesterday that while is the face of is the chairman and he is her boss and he can let her go,  she does approve his billing.  This sets the stage for an even bigger problem for The FSC because the male is in the supervisory capacity. Any organisation on earth would, at this point relieve the att of his duties, but not The FSC….Now what does that tell you about them?  Corruption is top down people, its no wonder Diane is corrupt.

AND this isn’t the first time…remember Kat Sunlove?  Yep Douglas was dipping his wick in that Executive Director too, so really The FSC is nothing but a sexual playground for,  remember that next time you give em money…

  1. Personnel decisions IG contract negotiations or disciplinary issues are usually limited to the Executive Committee. This would include the board chair, vice chair, secretary, & treasurer.

For a member of the executive committee to have an open affair with contracted Director (CEO) without the appearance of collusion would require massive levels of transparency for even the most lax boards.

When an organization has reported losses due to embezzlement or bad debt within the org this is an even bigger red flag. When the org starts tacking statements onto 990 indicating that despite this they have no intention of a future audit folks concerned with getting burned start distancing themselves from the flames.

  2. A non-scene related boss with power to hire and fire banging his employee is a dangerous path for him to take. If this relationship goes sour she could sue both him and the FSC for millions. Normally the company’s insurer would pay but we are talking about the FSC here, they might not even have insurance to cover such an event.

A non-scene partner? Roflmao are we talking about performers or executives here? Your comment MIGHT make sense if this were about a company related to production but makes no sense when discussing a Non Profit Trade organization…unless you’re thinking Non Profit Trade Org is about content trading 😉

  4. No, I know the FSC doesn’t make porn. I just wanted to be clear that it is OK for a boss to have sex with a subordinate if the sex is for a legitimate film/internet site scene (and there isn’t any coercion involved). This is porn, after all and I didn’t want my comment to be attached to (for example) Peter Acworth and Lorelei Lee having sex for a scene on Hogtied (at least at the end of the line Peter is Lorelei’s boss, Lorelei is a site director for Kink and Peter owns the company). Although he hasn’t done so in years in the first ten or so years of Kink’s existence Peter participated in scenes with some of his subordinates.

Another example of this is that Matt Williams at Intersec is Executive Director (or something close to that) and has sex with a couple of his subordinates in scenes for that company as well (although he is also dating one of his subordinates and has been since before both started working there, I hope they are mature enough to keep it from becoming a problem if the relationship fizzles).

Sorry for sending your head bobbing again, Lurking. However, I do think it would be interesting for Diane Duke and Kat Sunlove to do a scene together fucking a hot, nubile young Oompa Loompa girl named Veruca James (if you have seen the Willy Wonka movie starring Gene Wilder you get that comment). Sort of the older woman/younger woman vibe there. Jeffrey will just have to buy the movie and masturbate to the scene at home.

  5. Lol….head on & fully stable…nice try though. Used to SMH at stuff you’d spew after a visit to kool aid land but now know you’ve become a full time spouter of off topic kool aid with a side of foot to solidify the shit yer spewing.

At this point it’s almost soothing to see your comments…kinda like the old clocks with birds dipping beak into colored liquid. Clocks never kept accurate time but it sure was fun watching them…trying to be regular as clockwork.

  6. Notice how Harris will find a way to crowbar Kink into nearly all of his posts regardless of how unrelated it is to the topic.

Come clean, Matt: how much are they paying you? Like maybe a $10.00 spiff every time you get Kink a mention on a porn forum?

  7. @hopsing

Yep…think he can explain ‘real journalist’ chasing down quote re club ownership to debunk the affair yet totally ignoring the cheating duo….without causing folks to resemble Felix the Cat right before they pee a little?

  8. No, I am not paid by Kink to post about them here. It just happens that they are the most open about their practices so that is the company where I have the most information on. Intersec is also more open than most porn companies (and I happen to be more into BDSM porn anyway so it shouldn’t be a surprise that I pay more attention to those companies) so when we talk about porn those are the two names that come up in my posts. In this case I needed an example to explain my prior comment and I used what I know.

  9. Lurking, I don’t know where the “real journalist” comment comes from here. I don’t claim to be a journalist, I leave that to Mike South and the other media outlets. If I wanted to be a journalist I would apply for a job with CNN.

If you are referring to the article at TRPWL (yes, I still read articles there although I no longer post comments on that site) where Peter denies owning Sanctuary LAX, he may not own it (although I tend to believe Mike South over TRPWL, frankly I don’t give a fuck if he does, I would say the same about John Stagliano or Steve Hirsch if they were implicated here as an owner) but I took a look at their website and they definitely have a business relationship with each other — the Kink logo is on the front page with a blurb about looking for models. Peter also supposedly said that some Kink Live sessions are filmed there (frankly I don’t give a fuck about that either, it also has nothing to do with the “affair”). I don’t think the ownership issue nor the business relationship issue are germane to the issue of Diane and Jeffrey riding the hobby horse at a BDSM club and Jeffrey fucking at least two other employees of the FSC over the years but after the obvious lies Sean and Co. posted about Mike South (the piss in the coffee pot comment they made was beyond ridiculous, even in a wheelchair who the fuck would piss in their coffee maker) I tend to read articles there with a more critical mindset anyway.

Lol… Then your reading is just as selective as your judgement …very hampered. Going from no clue to opinions re posts comes across as peeing down folks backs and saying it’s raining.

Trust me…Though I can only speak for myself…it’s pretty safe to assume no one is going to be accusing you of being a journalist anytime soon.

As for using kink to expound or make clear what you know…the only thing that’s clear is how little you know or understand about Non-Profit organizations. If they have a Directors/officers aka key man policy, they would first have to provide extensive documentation to prove they aren’t scamming the insurance company and second get around the fact that Douglas has a history. As for suing FSC directly, both of them are in the know about financial details and it would be a blood bath tarnishing not only the FSC but jeopardizing either or both of their future professional earnings prospects. Not sure either one is ready to exchange professional salary and perks for a job as a paid performer…no matter how much they enjoy Sanctuary or Acworth…people have to be willing to watch that shit.
