Metro Publicist Pam Anderson Has Passed

When I know what the family wants I will post the info here.

Im going to miss Pam, she was my friend. It hurts.

She is survived by her husband Jimmy and their children, my heart goes out to all of them.

I know I speak for the whole Tampa Show gang when I say we will miss you Pam, we really will.

Tracy at nightmoves Writes:

There will be a huge whole in the NightMoves show this year. We all miss Pammy very much and our hearts go to Jimmy and their children. The NightMoves show will be dedicated in loving memory to Pam…..

I can’t imagine the stories (and tears) that will be shared around the pool this year.

Please keep us informed of any ceremonies or where we can send our love.

  1. Pammy, our old roommate, we’ll miss you! We both love you so, so much. Jimmy and Theresa and her mom and the kids, her other friends and family, we are all richer for having known and loved her. All of you are in our prayers today.

    Much love

  2. I am deeply saddened today.. I will miss her alot and am so sad for her family.

    This does hurt very much.

I understand that AVN is trying to put together a fund.
I will do everything I can and expect the same from all of you.

  3. Wow…

I am sad to hear about Pam’s loss. I did not know that she was recently hospitalized for a serious medical condition. My condolences to her husband and my friend Jimmy. Now I feel so bad for missing her birthday party earlier this year at the Mission Hills Bowling Alley. If you need anything Jimmy- give me a call.

I know you hear it all the time that give it time and you will get better from friends- But the only ones who know about a recent loss are friends so suffered a loss- my mother passed away on 03/30/05 at the age of 83 from Dementia/Alzheimer’s- I know how it feels to loss a loved one- Hell when I am not travelling I visit her gravesite “everyday”- rain or shine!

    God Bless.

  4. Having only a few encounters with Ms. Anderson I must say I will miss her addicting smile that projected such true warmth and sincerity.

Look to the light and fly with the Angels….

………….as that is who Pam is flying with today.

    Sincerely

  5. Everyone at Metro is grateful for all the positive wishes coming from your readers. I know that Pam was a friend of yours and always a loyal supporter of MikeSouth.com. To say there is a big void here is an understatement. Pam did so much and had such a big personality while doing it! Pam was one of those “tell-it-like-it-is” people: whether you liked it or not, you knew you were getting the real deal from her. She is one of the few people I’ve met who actually worked beyond her abilities. She acted like the red-neck-woman (which was her cell phone ringtone) but she had plenty of big city smarts. Again, there has been such an outpouring of support and we are truly grateful. Whatever higher power you may believe in, whatever it may be… please keep our girl and especially her family in your thoughts tonight.

  6. I wanted to say thanks to everyone who has gotten a hold of me…I am going to miss Pam greatly. She was my closest friend in this business and out. I will never forget you! Jimmy and the rest of the family we love you as well and hope that you know that we are here for you whatever you may need. Pray for them and never forget.

  7. Never met Pam, she must have been a great person.

    So sorry for the loss.

Very best to her family and friends.

    Very sad.

  8. Pam, I’m going to miss you. It was a great honour to have known you and Jimmy. My condolences to my friend Jimmy and family. Ya’ll will be in our prayers.

  9. Words cannot express the sadness. I got to know Pam better at the Nightmoves show as a friend after working with her with the magazine for years.

Besides always being a friendly, cooperative and true professional in this business, Pam was a wonderful person who did good things while she was on this earth. For the b.a.b.e. charity poker event this June, she actually went out on her own and solicited friends and even some strangers for donations for the charity because she wanted to do more than her what her company was doing. She also made sure that she took the stars who were signing for Metro at last year’s AEE and donated their some of their signing times to the b.a.b.e. booth at the show and helped raise even more money. We couldn’t have done it without her frankly. These unselfish acts speak volumes on her character.

My heartfelt condolences to Jimmy, the kids and all of Pam’s family and friends. She is someone who will truly be missed and whose memory will be always be treasured by those who took the time to get to know her.
