Sean “Diddy” Combs, who is serving a 50-month sentence in federal prison for prostitution charges, has been sued for Alleged Sexual Assault of a Minor
According to the suit, filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Monday, the unnamed plaintiff, who had been working as a child actor since 2004, attended a networking event in Hollywood Hills in May 2007 at which Combs was present.
At the event, the plaintiff alleged Combs asked to speak to him privately about a project he was producing, then guided the plaintiff to a back room where he offered the minor sips of his alcoholic beverage before allegedly removing his pants and performing oral sex.
Combs’ spokesperson Juda Engelmayer said the “allegations from this so-called nameless child actor are false and ridiculous” in a statement to Forbes, calling the plaintiff “another hater in a long list of people trying to get in on the money gravy train encouraged by personal injury lawyers,” adding Combs has “never sexually assaulted anyone—and that includes any child.”
