From detrol: Do u know what ever happened to Jake Steed? He seemed to be doing well in the early 2000’s when he was producing his line of videos and then just vanished. Did he leave the country to Brazil or some other place cause he was on the run from the law?

Nobody knows for sure, but here is what we do know:

Jake Steed fled the United States to Brazil, and no it wasn’t to escape prosecution for his godawful rap, though in a just world it would have been. The reason is most likely because he was facing a third strike felony in the form of either a felony rape charge or shooting a girl that was under 18 or possibly both.
