The 11th Circuit Court here in Atlanta ruled yesterday on the appeal of Max Hardcore.
To make a long story short they found no problems in his conviction but they did have a problem with his sentencing, basically the original court erred in it’s pecuniary damages essentially the government levied his fine based on sales that were not based soley on the area where thevideo was found to be obscene.
As such they vacated Max’s sentences and remanded him for resentencing.
