The only thing these people are thinking is, “how am I going to work?” It’s the typical short term logic that is so prevalent in this industry. It’s a work today, get paid today, already spent it yesterday mentality.
Waiting a week or so for things to sort out just doesn’t cross their minds, ‘cuz they already spent it yesterday.

Did you ever consider that maybe Bobby has all the proper certification to do this. And if you dont want to go to Bobbys you can go to any laboratory draw station throu AIM’s internet testing program….They just cant draw blood at the Van Nuys location.
Sorry to break it to you Mike,but the only problem was they have AIM HEALTHCARE written on their lease,,and their lid=cense application says Adulst Industry Medical.
The two dont match, and they have 60 days to correct it. THAT IS THE ONLY REASON THEY WERE CLOSED, NOTHING ELSE.

And no matter how you look at it drawing from someones house is a violation of a LOT of health codes, business licensing codes and everything else. That move is gonna bite AIM in the ass, mark my words.
Does AHF have an agenda hell yes they do, it’s no more or less driven by their agenda than is AIMs.
I’m not as willing to accept the word of AVN on this when it has been reported elsewhere (The LA Times) that the LA County Public Health people closed it for other reasons. It makes no sense it would be shut down because some box wasn’t checked.
and yes any licensed clinic can do the draws but why send it through AIM? Thats like me going to Cali to buy Georgia Peaches….
And Bobbys home is not a licensed draw station….manuel quickly made all his tweets private when I pointed out what he was saying. Doing that is stupid in anyones book.
The sad part of all of this is the writing has been on the wall for a long time and AIM took NO steps to resolve the problems, AHF did so now Porn Valley (not me) is gonna be stuck with a situation they don’t want. All because they never listened when I said get control of yourself or government will do it for you.
The responsible thing for AIM and porners to do right now is go condom only across the board until we as an industry can work out a viable system. Show some effort, at least give the illusion we are acting responsibly.
And this advice is against my self interest….If Porn Valley dies off, I’m going to benefit, but I really don’t want that to happen.
I have had dozens of calls and emails today and not one performer or director has come out in support of AIM, every single one has said hey they are fuck ups but its the best we have….Problem is thats true it is the best we have and thats a damn shame because we could have done a lot better.

I would ask yu to provide just ONE example ofa health code violation, but since thier are NONE it would be pretty difficult for you.
Have you ever heard of a ‘visiting nurse’ or a home health provider, or a mobile phlebotomy service. To anyone who knows anything about this subject, you are making yourself look like a dang fool. But that never stopped you before.
Ok Milton I decided since I’m no attorney and I presume you aren’t either I’d run this by mine.
His view is that the small stuff depends on local law, she would not be allowed to do that here for example because a draw clinic would have to be properly licensed and inspected by the health department.
But that is small potatoes, the biggie is that this is a clear violation of the court order and the person(s) doing it would without question be held in contempt of court by the issuing court. Circumvention of a court order in this manner is prima facia contempt.
