3D Porn Is Nothing New

I saw where some porn sites were actually repeating a story that some Hong Kong Company is doing the worlds first 3D porn movie.

Idiots.

3D porn was done as far back as the seventies. I recall two for sure, one called “The Starlets” another called “Hard Candy” and I don’t mean that turd of a movie by David Slade.

Someone needs to explain Rule 34 to these morons.

For the un-hip among you rule 34 states  that if you can imagine it there has been a porn made about it.

To my knowledge it has never been proven wrong.

I mean our industry even parodied “Golden Girls”

Did we ever do “Smell O Vision”?

  1. No, porn hasn’t invented “Smell-O-Vision” yet. Your article does remind me of an old You Can’t Do That On Television (a Canadian kids TV comic series) where the actors acted as if you could smell whatever was going on in your TV screen. Then for the last scene they acted like they could smell the viewer’s home and supposedly the viewer’s home stunk. Don’t worry, it wasn’t porn — nothing actually happened that you could not do on television, even then and even in Canada.

  2. RE: Smell-O-Vision… Does the scratch and sniff covers on Screeched (put out by Redlight) and those old Metro titles count? (Lip Stick Lesbians #1, #2 and Be The Mask #2 spring to mind) If so, then yes, we’re on top of that shit.

  3. Yeah, there’s nothing new about 3D porn, perhaps this Hong Kong guy is talking about using the same tech as Avatar… Using the fancy-pants dark glasses, not the red and blue headache inducing glasses.

Any way you look at it though, 3D is not new in porn.

Also, did anyone ever try the scratch and sniff cover on Screeched? Why in the world would you want to sniff Dustin Diamond’s dirty shanchez?
