Kilmarnock, East Ayrshire, SCOTLAND – A Scottish porn performer is facing jail after stalking his former girlfriend and sending naked pictures of her to her friends and family.
The man, Graham Dunn of Stornoway, Isle of Lewis, began bombarding his ex with text messages and phone calls after she called time on their two-and-a-half year relationship.
The woman, who cannot be named, ordered Dunn to stop contacting her.
Kilmarnock Sheriff Court heard the man and North Ayrshire woman met 15 years ago when they were both working in the adult entertainment and escort industry.
They began seeing each other 10 years after first meeting but when the woman ended the relationship the 39-year-old began terrorising her with calls and texts threatening to expose her past.
Fiscal depute Vicky McMillan told the court: “Following the conclusion of the relationship the accused began to persistently contact the complainer telephone and WhatsApp.
“The complainer repeatedly asked him to cease this contact as the relationship was over but the accused did not listen.
“She did not report the matter, she felt able to manage it herself. He began sending her abusive messages. As a result the complainer blocked the accused from her Facebook profile and other social media.
“She allowed her WhatsApp service to remain. She did so because the accused had threatened to expose her previous work in the sex industry and she was concerned if he had no access to her he may make good this threat.”
But the court heard the man was furious after finding out his ex had a new boyfriend so he got a new phone number to carry on his campaign of harassment.
Ms McMillan said: “This appeared to anger him and he obtained a new phone number. He sent her a message saying “This is my new number, you can’t block this one”. She immediately blocked it.
“He often called her up to six times a day. The voicemails he left were abusive and referring to her as a “w***e and a s**g”
He wrote: “No one will love you like I will.” and “Everyone will know what you’re all about”
“The complainer took that to mean that he was going to alert people to her previous work in the sex industry.”
Revenge porn
Enraged that the woman had blocked him he began sending naked pictures of her to her new partner and one of her work colleagues – both of whom had no idea about her past.
Ms McMillan said: “On September 30, 2018 he contacted the partner of the complainer by Facebook Messenger with the complainer’s escort pseudonym and directed him to a porn website where the woman’s pictures were still online. He advised his partner that he had been contacted by the accused.
“On October 24, 2018 she blocked him completely but he continued to leave her vicious voice mails.
On December 9 the accused texted the woman’s work colleague and directed her to the porn site and the woman’s escort profile. The following day she received a voicemail from him again threatening to expose her past.
On January 5 this year the friend received further text messages containing links to the escort website and including pornographic images of her friend.
He continued to contact the woman until January 14 this year when she called the police to report him and he was arrested.
Sheriff Alistair Watson told him: “A custodial sentence is looming large in my mind.”

Some folks just don’t seem to understand when its over ITS OVER.
Sounds like some guy has a real problem with women. Maybe he would be better served doing some time in prison (the UK does not have jails anymore, if you do time you go to the “big house”).
For those unfamilar with UK words, s**g written out is “slag”. The word is essentially another way to call someone a whore.
