I started digging around last night based on something I read on AVN.com yesterday. Here it is:
“Tera Patrick, like almost all of the female performers signing, had a steady line to see her, and was signing for distributor LGI Digital. She was actively promoting her website, www.officialterapatrick.com, promoting the upcoming release of her new production company, Teravision’s first video in December”
It struck a chord…Teravision…hmmm isn’t Jenna’s Production company called JennaVision?
I went to find out who owns clubjenna.com;

Well I’ll be damned. Same company…Tera still doesn’t own her website, Jenna does. This leads me to a little more digging. Does this mean that Vivid has, in fact been in negotiation with Tera to distribute her line of videos same as they do Jenna’s. Word I get is Yes! I have gotten no comment at all from Vivid on this. With Tera and Digital Playground squaring off soon in court this could get interesting. Jenna has yet to comment either.

Devon Michaels In Court Here in Atlanta:
In the Case of The State of Georgia V. Rafael Rodriguez, Rodriguez is charged with Aggravated sexual assualt, a felony. Rodriguez Bit Devon Michaels on the breast just over a month ago while she was on stage doing a feature performance at the Pink Pony gentlemans club here. When the case was called Rodriguez attorney invoked “The Rule” meaning Devon had to leave the courtroom during the testimony. This is an evideciary hearing. The judge is shown the evidence and the state maintained that aggravated sexual assualt was the proper charge because Rodriguez had penetrated a sexual organ. The defense argued that breasts were not, per se, a sexual organ. The Judge ruled in favor of the defense and bound the case over as simple sexual assualt, a misdemeanor. Devon never even heard word one of the testimony. The charge allowed for a subsequent bond hearing (Rodriguez had been held without bond for almost 40 days) And presumeably Rodriguez posted bond and is now free pending trial.
