Mark Kernes Gets It Wrong

I always liked Kernes, he is a bit of a chowder head but he is passionate about what he does, even when he is wrong.

In a recent screed on Luke Ford he references how Luke was driven into financial difficulties by Christy Lakes lawsuit, which she won, and rightly so.

As much as Kernes would have liked for this to have been the case a little research on his part would have shown him it wasn’t.

You see Luke had a book published and was a dues paying member of a writers guild, and part of those dues paid for his insurance.

The same insurance that had to pay Christy Lake when Luke lost. So the only thing it cost Luke was his insurance policy.
