More complaints surface about scams by the Jabba the Hutt of unlicensed porn agents, Scottie Ohanian
Before he ran scams under the name Scottie Platinum, future unlicensed porn agent Scottie Ohanian of Plush Talent ran a little agency in Pennsylvania’s Lehigh Valley using the aliases Scottie Ohan, and Scottie Diamond.
As his lengthy criminal record and the following statements attest, Scottie’s passion for plunder and deceit goes back a long way: to at least 2002.
First up is graphic designer Kristin Dibartolo who complains that Ohanian stiffed her. (Ohanian later admitted that she did in fact do design work for him).
This complaint is entitled: Diamond Girls LLC / Scottie Diamond failed to pay for my graphic design, advertising and printing services for his “modeling and promotional agency”
I had a verbal agreement with “Scottie Diamond” of Diamond Girls LLC based in Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania to do graphic design work for him. I created his logo, business cards, and a few flyers for which he never paid for and had multiple excuses before cutting off all communications.
The worst part is, I paid from my pocket to get his business cards printed as he claimed to have sent payment in the mail. So he gets 1000 free business cards and I am out about 400 bucks. I don’t think this business is legit, there is definitely something odd going on and I’m pretty sure there have been others who have not been paid including his “diamond girls” themselves who model for him and show up to events to promote things. Something else I need to look into – word is there are two Diamond Girls, one is the real deal and the other seems to be this guy. He needs to be investigated.
Next, we hear from a former agency client, writing in 2012:
I am sad to say I worked for this man for a few months – did one shoot although he invited me to do it. The photographer said [Scottie] refused to pay him, therefore photos would not be released thus screwing me out of my photos and hard work. Want to call me out, Scottie? I’ve got screen shots.
If you’re so ‘legit’ and ‘pay everyone’ then why does this say what it says?
Scott Ohanian, 23, doing business as S & J Home Improvements, 820 Merrick Avenue, East Meadow. In November 2002, Ohanian was paid $3,500 cash toward the total cost of $4,000 for a bathroom renovation in an East Meadow home. The work dragged on for several weeks before it ceased entirely. What was done was shoddy, with fixtures not installed, tiling not installed correctly, and pipes installed incorrectly, causing leaking through the ceiling into the basement. The homeowner received a default judgment of $3,000 in Small Claims Court, but has not been paid.

Then there’s this hilarious news item from November 2009:
State police from Bethlehem picked up electrical contractor Scott Ohanian on Wednesday on the arrest warrants I told you had been issued after he skipped preliminary hearings last week on theft charges he faces for allegedly taking deposits on projects and not returning to do the work.
Ohanian, 28, who owns Empire Electrical, was picked up at his home at 5XXX Cassidy Drive in North Whitehall Township. Police said they received permission to search the home, and found Ohanian hiding in the basement.
Ohanian was taken to Lehigh County Prison.
Naturally, Scottie the cellar dweller offered some angry, half-assed rebuttals, but in the end he defaulted to his familiar refrain:
So far all that is being said is a lot of slander and I think im just gonna sta[r]t suing cause im really sick of it I kept my mouth closed cause I dont have time for kid games.
Well, who would have the time with such a busy fraud, theft, drug use and rape schedule?
Scottie continued:
Now as a closing I would like to say you all are foolish little children for writing stupid crap to try to hurt me cause in all honestly It did not and it will not! Remember there will always be haters and I will always be hated by many but loved by many more. That was January 2010. Eight years later, every word of these complaints about Scottie’s scams is still published online.
