Flash Brown Gets Off with Probation

Flash Brown is now a free man.

Flash Brown was charged in March of 2019 on several charges to which Flash Brown  pled not guilty. It appears two counts of corporal injury to a spouse, one count of pimping and pandering, one count of revenge porn, and three counts of contempt of court, for violations of a previous arrest for domestic violence from October of 2018, which included one count of inflicting corporal injury to a spouse, one count of assault with a deadly weapon, and one count of drawing a deadly weapon (other than a firearm) in a rude, angry or threatening manner.

The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office Located in Down Town Los Angeles  offered Inmate Flash Brown a plea deal which Flash Brown Refused the Offer. The County District Attorney’s Office then set a trial date and that date was October of 2020.   If Flash  was found guilty on all charges he faced a possible 10 year sentence. Flash however decided to take a chance with a notoriously liberal Down Town Los Angeles Jury to hear his case. That however didn’t happen, As soon as a jury was selected yesterday, the prosecutor offered Flash Brown a deal of 5 years probation only, An enticing offer indeed given the gravity of the violent nature of the complaint levied against him added to the pimping and pandering multiple charges. Interestingly enough Flash can have his probation terminated early and more so, have his entire case dismissed in as little as two years into the limited supervision probation terms and conditions handed to him. One notable aspect of the terms of probation is, Flash only has to call in to the probation department once every three months.

Flash Brown claims a severe medical condition, of which he claims  to be paralyzed. He states this arose from complications from a back surgery gone wrong.

Multiple sources inside the Flash Brown camp tell us that his back injury is real

however, he’s not really as bad off as he claims to be. It was more a show for the courts and IF he is really paralyzed (and that’s a big IF) you can rest assured that’s nothing permanent. “Now that he’s out of jail he’ll be back on his feet in no time.”

Considering the severity of his crimes, including a pimping and pandering charge and assault with a deadly weapon, I must say I am rather surprised he got off with just 5 years of probation eligible to be terminated two years into his limited partial unsupervised conditions.  From what a legal analysis say this is not surprising.  A resident legal advisor says, considering the case was heard in downtown LA,  Flash may not have even been convicted at all by a jury of his peers. Remember OJ Simpson was heard in the very same court house

Our legal source went on to explain the prosecution  cannot really put a black man or anyone else on trial right now with all the BLM controversy going on in downtown LA of all places and expect a favorable outcome most times. To Add insult to injuries, Flash Brown could not post bail and had a public defender and still basically walked.

“Even if he beat the living daylight out of her, all the jury will see is a black man in downtown la being prosecuted.”

Flash Brown was released today, October 16th, and now begins serving his limited 5 years of probation.

  1. Courts might not be so quick to send folks to prison now with Covid-19 everywhere. Might be a different story if it was murder or child molestation.

  2. he did serve a long time in jail so he didn’t exactly get away with it. I wonder if he’ll shoot anymore?

  3. That loser didn’t get away with shit. He spent 2 years in jail and got a lifetime no-contact order.

  4. The guy didn’t get away with it. He did two years in bubba land. If he really was paralyzed it was probably caused by “anal bubba treatments” given to all jail and prison inmates. I hope he can never work in porn again, I believe he did at least part of what he was charged with. With San Quentin being half-evacuated due to COVID there was probably no room for him in prison and the state told the prosecutor to offer him the deal. Too bad he didn’t have to deal with “anal bubba treatments” for ten more years or so but this is the way it worked out for his sorry ass. Maybe he can hold a camera for some third rate porn producer from his wheelchair and make some money to pay his fines, court costs and jail fees. I wouldn’t be quick to let him on any set I was directing or producing, though.
