Word has it that attorneys that have seen the wiretap papers in the “Gwinnett Prostitution Case” say the wiretap was illegal. Something about wiretap law in Georgia cannot be used for prostitution offenses. If this is true, nobody’s conversations could ever be used as evidence in Court, and all the searches of homes and computers would be unlawful. Sounds like great news!
