On August 6, 2013, the Company received a notification letter from the Hearings Panel of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC determining to delist the Company’s common stock from The Nasdaq Global Market (“Nasdaq”). As a result, trading in the Company’s common stock on Nasdaq will be suspended effective at the opening of trading on Thursday, August 8, 2013. As previously disclosed, the Company faced delisting due to its failure to comply with the $1.00 minimum bid price required for continued listing of its common stock under Rule 5450(a)(1) and the minimum market value of its publicly held shares under Rule 5450(b)(2&3)(C).
The move to OTCQB Marketplace does not change the Company’s SEC reporting obligations under applicable securities laws. Accordingly, the Company will continue to file its Quarterly Reports on Form 10-Q, Annual Reports on Form 10-K and Current Reports on Form 8-K.”

The stats are universal, for every 30-40 guys that sign up, 1-2 females do. I really haven’t heard success stories through AFF, they are few and far between.

The real issues for FFN as a company is an overwhelming amount of debt, 500 million on the books, plus an insanely high valuation of domains on the books that appear to be somewhat unrealistic.
This is sort of what a leveraged takeover looks like – they left the company with a ton of debt and nowhere near enough income to ever really retire it.
