I am in Tampa visiting my friends Lindsey Lovehands and Al. The weather is just georgeous and as fate would have it the Tampa show is going on this weekend so I will likely drop in on my friends at Nightmoves Magazine as well. Looking at the roster of girls showing up and given my tradition of picking who will no show this year my pick to no show is Teal Conrad…I may end up owing her an apology but we will see.
I will continue posting from here and continue to watch vividrape on twitter….interesting stuff.
It’s great to finally be out of the woods from the accident and back to doing the things I enjoy.

Hope you enjoy your trip, Mike. I hope Lindsey is doing well too. Be sure to catch some fish while you are there — and maybe find some fresh new talent for your movies at the convention (nothing against your current performers but they all will retire from performing at some point so it is good to have new talent in the pipeline).
As for flakes, there are always a few. Nowadays the unreliable talent tends to not stay in the biz very long so Teal may regret not showing up where she is supposed to in the end. Two well-known directors have posted on Twitter over the past year venting about talent not showing up and not calling in sick first (they did not give the flakes names). The directors I am thinking of ask why someone would give up $1000 just to sleep in that day, for $1000 I would do my very best to show up on time, that would seem to be a lot of motivation to show up IMO but I guess I am wrong on that point. Jacky St. James (a features director and script writer at New Sensations/Digital Sin) has also said that if someone flakes on her more than once she will refuse to hire him/her again for her movies. That is something to think about for performers tempted to flake on her or her employer’s other directors (Eddie Powell and Paul Woodcrest).
