5. Maybe I’m reading it wrong, but I think it’s pretty damned funny. if could totally hear Jonas Hill saying this in a movie and totally getting a laugh. If you break it down, it’s obviously a clever joke, masquerading as a ridiculous lowbrow taunt.

   As for this quote by Jessa Rhodes. Why single her out? I would say 99.9% of girls that do porn have similar experiences. What I am saying is a girl doesn’t wake up one day and decides I want to do porn. It takes a certain personality, some girls are successful for 1 month, some 3 months, some 2 years, some get burned out. Jessa Rhodes I think is just burned out and I could tell as much when I saw her at AVN’s stomping around all ticked off about something.

   Joke or not, I hope she realizes how dumb it is to post something like that. Feds are always watching.

8. I understand that this is a joke but I agree that Jessa’s post is stupid. She probably doesn’t know this but people actually do keister cocaine, heroin, knives, marijuana or anything else that is contraband on a plane and will fit. This is even more common in prisons and jails where all of these things are also contraband. I understand that the FBI, DEA, ATF, NSA, etc cannot monitor every tweet that is made but if someone from one of the three letter agencies happened to stumble on that tweet (yes, FBI and DEA agents can be porn fans as well) Jessa could be in major trouble. CCing Brandy on that tweet just made that possibility twice as likely (by having the post listed on both Twitter accounts) to cause them to be monitored by the Feds as well — they could start monitoring their Twitter accounts, if one of them make a suspicious or incriminating tweet (it doesn’t even have to be this blatant to get them arrested) Brandy could have Jessa to thank for an interesting experience via law enforcement involving undercover cops following her everywhere she goes, handcuffs, a ride in a paddy wagon, a strip search, a cavity search and a jail holding cell with “interesting” people that wouldn’t think twice about beating the piss out of these soft, weak porn chickies (or worse) if she violates the “inmate code of honor” that they don’t even know exists. Jessa could have the same happen to her but at least she put this on herself, Brandy didn’t.

   Before anyone starts in on freedom of speech, the courts have ruled that right can be limited in extreme cases or when you are in public and the speech could cause serious harm to someone. Talking about a bomb on an airplane counts as extreme and possibly causing serious harm. The cocaine remark isn’t liable to prosecution directly but the DEA or a state agency could use it to justify a wiretap on her phone, following her around to catch her actually purchasing or using cocaine and theoretically even a warrant to conduct a cavity search on her next time she arrives at the airport to board a plane. She could also be placed on the priority search list at TSA and either be strip searched or get the “pervert TSA agent pat down” every time she passes through a TSA checkpoint to board a plane — they are required to call the appropriate law enforcement agency if they find illegal drugs and cooperate with the other three letter agencies if the request it. Her Pre-Check authorization (a special card people that fly regularly can get from the TSA after submitting to a thorough background check and passing it exempting them from most of the security process to get on a plane) could be revoked because of her post as well if she has one (she probably does, porn performers tend to fly to San Francisco, Miami and Las Vegas from LA a lot for work).

Per the note below that she was actually tweeting about something she overheard – and not something she actually did – unless that’s an airport without a body screener, its unlikely that it happened at all. The whole reason for going through those body screening machines is that they look inside you because the bad guys are trying to make bombs they could sew up inside you – coke, or some other contraband, shoved up your rectum would show up on the body scan.

    Here’s how sensitive those machines can be. I fly frequently for work. I am not muscle man – heck, I’m almost 60 years old. However, I work out a lot and lift weights, so I have a little more muscle mass than the average guy my age and size according to the machine. I am patted down on almost every flight because the machine says there’s something not right about my triceps, biceps or pecs.

12. While I get it was meant as a joke, and just a repeat of what was overheard, I think Jessa will soon find out the government doesn’t have a sense of humor about such things and she may soon find herself on the do not fly list.

I don’t know if they would go so far as to place a US citizen (I think she was born here, anyway) on the do not fly list but she might very well lose her Pre Check privileges and be subject to a full pat-down by a pervert male TSA agent or even a strip-search every time she flies for the foreseeable future.

14. There have been quite a few cases of people making “jokes” or off hand comments and as a result have been arrested in the news. I don’t get what she was thinking with that tweet. One guy, a doctor, was even fined $90k for such a joke.

16. I don’t know anything about Jessa other than what is said here and on her Wikipedia page but unfortunately I have to agree with you for once regarding her apparent intelligence, Hop. Jessa was either higher/drunker than the town OxyContin abuser/drunk when she posted this comment or is not that intelligent. I do know that the picture on her Wikipedia article shows her face well and it looks like a 40 year old’s face, not 21 as is claimed in the article. That and her Twitter comment makes me wonder if she leads a hard life.

17. The doctor stated he had c-4 explosive to a security agent while being asked what was in his bag. Tweeting after the fact with #kidding is not quite a similar thing, almost at all. I mean it’s silly/dumb, but isn’t the same as a bomb threat and evacuation.
