Man Who Had Sex With Animals Cannot Be Charged Because Wyoming Has No Bestiality Law – Has Andi Rye/Zoe Sparx Found Her New Home?

We hear that Andi Rye a.k.a. Zoe Sparx a.k.a. Jane Dog may be looking for a new place to live, and after reading a recent news report, we have a suggestion: Wyoming.

Rye, readers will recall, is the Nexxxt Level Talent Agency performer who promoted or condoned bestiality in a disturbing 2017 video in which she told an interviewer that sexual acts with a dog are A-O.K, as long as the dog approaches you (and is thus into it).

Man Who Had Sex With Animals Cannot Be Charged Because Wyoming Has Now Bestiality Statute - Has Andi Rye/Zoe Sparx Found Her New Home?

Here’s why we think Wyoming might be a perfect fit for the D-lister we call “Jane Dog”:

A pervert who admitted having sex with a horse and sexually abusing a foal cannot be charged with a crime because it’s not actually illegal in Wyoming.

The reason? The state has no criminal statute prohibiting bestiality.

Rough . . . and Romantic!

So, despite the man being caught on camera committing the heinous act, law enforcement is struggling to do anything about it.

The Sweetwater County Sheriff’s Office says they face an uphill struggle to bring the animal abuser to justice.

Sheriff’s Office spokesman Jason Mower said: “While shocking, this is actually a very difficult case.

“Wyoming is one of only a handful of states across the country without a bestiality statute on the books.

“Also, to satisfy the elements of an animal cruelty charge, it is our understanding that we would need to prove that the suspect’s actions in this case actually harmed the animals.”

KUTV reports that the initial report stems from late June when the owner of horse corrals north of Rock Springs, Wyo. contacted authorities after they discovered a man performing sex acts with various horses.

The discovery of said acts began when the owners noticed the chain on their corral had been moved and rechained in a different manner overnight.

Finding that suspicious, the owners set up trail cameras — and what they saw was extremely disturbing: a man having sex with a mare and a foal.

The clips of the sex abuse were handed over to the authorities to investigate.

Sheriff’s deputies say they believe the man sexually abused other horses as well.

Sweetwater County Sheriff’s Office said that despite having their hands tied by the law, they are determined to help local residents keep their property and animals safe.

The seven other US states without an anti-bestiality law are: Hawaii, Kentucky, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas, Vermont, Washington, DC, and West Virginia.

Think of all the fun Andi Rye / Zoe Sparx could have in one of those states!

Wyoming’s Devil’s Tower might be the perfect place for Andi Rye / Zoe Sparx to have a Close Encounter of the Bestial Kind (not that we endorse that, because it’s fucking disgusting).

The bad new, however, is, President Donald Trump signed a bill that makes animal cruelty a federal felony in November 2019. That includes sexually exploiting an animal.

  1. Speaking of bestiality, is fucking Sarah Fuckabee-Sanders (of Fux Booz fame and formerly one of Donnie Trump’s “woman” staffers, we all know why Fuckabee was hired and it wasn’t for her speaking or secretarial skills) like Andi liking a dog to shove its nose up her cunt? 🙂

More seriously, bestiality should be a felony in all 50 states, Washington DC and all six territories. I think five years in prison with each separate charge being consecutively served would be appropriate.
