It strikes me as incredibly stupid for any producer to use a performer with a test from a clandestine operation that has otherwise been shut down by the state. That’s a little like a pharmacist filling my prescription for Viagra with stuff he scored cheap off the Internet rather than from Pfizer. It would open a producer up to all kinds of liability if another performer becomes ill.
Second, if you want government regulators who already have you in their cross hairs out of your business, the last thing you want to do is flip them the bird.
Could be wrong, but this feels like the beginning of the end of condom-less porn.
