Famed porn queen Eva Angelina is eyeing a career switch: she’s now a certified firefighter in St. Petersburg, Florida.
Eva, who was nominated for numerous awards during her tenure in adult, is on her way to becoming a firefighter in The Sunshine State after completing fire academy training last week.
The Californian beauty graduated in Class No. 57 at the St. Petersburg College Firefighting Academy and proudly posed with her squad – of which she was squad leader – in photos she posted on her Instagram page.

Last year Angelina completed the Los Angeles Fire Department’s Community Emergency Response Team training.
In a photo she posted online, Eva held an academy banner which read ‘Adopt & Overcome’, and she wrote: ‘I am proud to present to you Fire Academy graduated Class No. 57 and a photo of my squad. Proud not only to have been chosen to lead you but to also call you my teammates and now my friends for life. Thank you! I wouldn’t have wanted to have gone through this process with anyone other group of guys than with you all.’
The former adult star is currently looking for a position at a fire department after being overlooked during the interview process in St. Petersburg.
A spokesperson for St. Petersburg Fire Department stated, ‘She graduated from St Petersburg College but she is not an employee of the City of St Petersburg. She’s a state certified firefighter but has to get hired with a department.’
Angelina was named a Penthouse Pet in 2010 and in the same year was named by Maxim as one of the 12 top female stars in adult movies.
She was active in porn up until 2014.
According to her LinkedIn page, the Huntington Beach native became a realtor in May 2014, working at several firms across California.

Betcha she will be looking for a firefighters job for a while. Still tough for a former porn star to catch a break working outside of porn.
