Yesterday Jessica Grieco, aka Jessica Chase was arraigned in Dayton OH, on charges of reckless homicide, involuntary manslaughter, and Domestic violence. The judge set her bond at 1 Million dollars.
The victim, Pete Underwood was shot in the chest with a shotgun, Grieco claims that the shooting was accidental and the result of her trying to wrestle the gun from him when he was threatening suicide. The victim’s mother in law, Kathy Isenbarger attends every hearing, insisting that Underwood would never have shot himself and that Grieco had recently been “acting crazy” and should be indicted for murder.
I can attest to Jessica’s crazy mood swings and suspect that meth may have played a part because when she went with me to Florida to visit Lindsey Lovehands a meth pipe made its way out of her purse. That obviously isn’t proof of anything but it does lend a view as to the cause of her dramatic mood swings.
Oddly the porn connection to this story would be “click bait” so to speak but for some reason, the media outlets in Dayton are leaving that out of the story entirely. They certainly know about it, they have even asked me for photos that they could use…photos that would for sure bring more attention and eyes to the story.
As of now, there is no court date set for the trial/pretrial and it isn’t likely that Grieco will make bail…Dumb ass and T Reel are her only friends and they sure don’t have that kind of cash.
Underwood had a six-year-old daughter.

Any story that comes with “a meth pipe fell out of her purse”, never ends well. lol
You are right on that, Justice. If someone had a meth pipe drop out of her purse on my set she would likely not be working for me again and would be unceremoniously thrown off of the set. Her agent would also be receiving a nasty call from me letting him know why she was ejected off of my set and blacklisted from working for my company ever again. Where meth pipes come from so does meth and someone on set with that shit on them could get everyone on set arrested, hauled off to jail and strip searched (with anyone associated with my production company’s houses then being torn apart looking for more meth or other evidence of illegal drug possession/dealing) pending investigation. I guess there are reasons that make it worth going to jail but some dope addict’s meth and pipe causing the cops to raid my set isn’t one. It doesn’t help that meth use makes someone very erratic behavior and could cause Lucy Lee’s (the Korean one, not the Czech one) run-in with a JM Productions cameraman look like child’s play. I could rant for several pages about Lucy Lee just from the BTS footage I have seen of her violent attack on that poor cameraman but a meth rage is ten times worse!
There have been other drug fueled on set meltdowns. Tanner Mayes for example or more famously Chassey Lain. Chassey ended up at the bottom of the barrel working at the Bunny Ranch for Dennis Hof.
I remember seeing that Chasey Lain video. I always wondered if it were legit. The only thing you ever really saw was tampons in her hands. Why did that dude follow her to the bathroom anyway? That’s creepy af.
Karma, ironically the Tanner Mayes meltdown was on a JM set, also a set of the same director as Lucy Lee’s meltdown (Jim Powers) and also on a “Most Outrageous Outtakes” DVD (there are six). Those DVDs are comedy gold but also show that (at the time) Jim needed to learn to cast his movies a little more carefully (both Lucy and Tanner had a history of on-set hijinks of the worst kind). I certainly hope Jim is casting his movies a bit more carefully nowadays.
As for Chasey Lain, her spiral into insanity is a sad tale. I don’t know of any BTS footage of more than one of her meltdowns or showing up on set higher than a kite but I almost wish there were. Those would have surely sold hundreds of DVDs considering her spiral into insanity took place during the heyday of DVD and VHS porn movie sales. Unfortunately Jim Powers had problems with people showing up massively drunk/high on JM sets as well, Terri Starr and Aspen Brock both pulled that stunt, Aspen actually almost died on the White Trash Whore set where she was the “star”, instead of Jim calling an ambulance he let Dave Hardman and (IIRC) Buck Adams take her into the bathroom and give her some sort of (probably illegal) substance to wake her up and enable her to continue performing that day. I hope Jim learned to prevent those problems between 1999-2008 and today. Entertaining video but also sad and in the case of Aspen Brock also extremely morbid. Certainly I (almost) can’t believe Jeff Steward let the Aspen Brock footage out of his studio. If Aspen had died that day Jeff would be broke as hell from paying liability lawsuit settlements or judgements instead of living off of his JM Productions savings and operating his sex toy shops with his (quite cute) young wife in Paso Robles right now thanks to Jim’s insanely stupid actions that day — mainly not calling an ambulance immediately after Aspen passed out and her face started to turn blue. Jim is a likeable guy but that one was insanely stupid and asinine!
