The Marquis Brothers, Future Wards of the California Penal System?
It seems likely. Despite what you may read, complete stupidity is indeed rare, but it is usually harmless. Not in this case. Here we have two guys who dress like the members of the Insane Clown Posse and pretend to be some sort of BD/SM Masters. What they are, are complete fucking morons who operate WAY outside established BD/SM practices. They endanger the lives of the people they come into contact with.
Read the following story from the website of a girl who was with them last Sunday:
“I thought I knew what BD/SM was! But I was wrong, what a debut I had for my first LA shoot!! I have done breath play before but I have never pushed it to these limits, it is weird to go blank and awaken with that tingly feeling like every part of your body is asleep, it is the most intense thing I have ever done. I was terrified when I came out here to La that I would chicken out when faced with “real” pain, I made it without quitting mostly because no one told me the safe word, I was screaming mercy but I forgot to tell the dom that was my word.I took the most intense beating of my life. I even took several “hard” blows to my face!!I am battered and bruised but feeling really proud of myself!”
I sent this scenario to a friend of mine who has been active in this lifestyle for many years. He is very active in “People Exchanging Power” the national organization of B&D/SM culture. This is what he had to say about the Marquis Brothers.
“This is nothing more than a couple of adolescent men acting out a hatred of women. They are very dangerous. No real Dom would ever do asession without a safe word, that is asking for trouble including legal trouble. Asphyxiation to the point of unconsciousness is not tolerated in this community, it is highy dangerous and the sub who wrote about that experience does not realize that she was only seconds from death. Her use of the word “Mercy”, an established and well known “safe word” was obviously either ignored or these two have no clue what they are doing, or most likely, both.
The Marquis Brothers are the very types that give our cumminity a bad name, they are doing it for the same reason that Ted Bundy murdered his victims. They are acting on a complusion to violently abuse women, they are acting out very dangerous compulsive behaviors. They will eventually cause irreversible harm to someone if they havent already.”
Indeed. The young lady who wrote about her experience probably isn’t intelligent enough to know it, but she will almost certainly pay dearly for that episode. It may be a loss of hearing or vision that progressively gets worse, or it may be that in a few years she will start suffering from symptoms that resemble Alzhiemers Disease. She is lucky she isn’t dead.
When the oxygen is cut off to the brain, the brains survival plan kicks in, and in that plan NOTHING is more important than the brain keeping itself alive. When the oxygen flow cuts off, the victim loses conscioussness very suddenly. The brain has shut down everything that it doesn’t deem key to its survival, including sight, hearing, touch, motor skills, olfactory functions, taste, circulation to the arms and legs and parts of the central nervous system. The “tingling sensations she spoke of are her brain bringing these things “back online” …if it can.
Brain cells need oxygen to live, the very fact that she went out means that some of those brain cells had started dying off, and continued to die off. They don’t regenerate either, and whatever they once controlled, or may control in the future, is gone, forever.
The young lady bears some responsibility here, but if she dies, it isn’t her who will go to jail for life. The really sad thing is that until something tragic happens, these two bit morons will continue to operate as they have been. then someday they will leave some girl paralyzed or blind, deaf or mute, or simply dead, and we will all take some of the heat for it. You see even these pussy lowlifes are considered part of this family we call “porn”.
