After reading that again it hit me that the law South Dakota is trying to pass might be a really good thing.
It seems very clear that is would make the killing of politicians justifiable homocide. I mean let’s face it, what jury would disagree that politicians pose the biggest threat to your children, born or unborn.
I’d vote to acquit based on that.
