The Sixth Circuit Rules Again

The same sixth circuit court that struck down 2257 has upheld the single most draconian anti strip club legislation in the country.  Strip clubs in Covington Kentucky now have a 5 foot rule and a rule that all employees and dancers must be licensed and a background check done on them.

AND…GET THIS… dancers are not allowed to talk to a customer, nor a customer to a dancer until she has been off stage for at least an hour.

Lou Sirkin will probably be seeing the Supreme Court over this one.
