Look Out, Andi Rye (@ZoeSparx): Sexually Exploiting an Animal is Now a Federal Felony

With Porn Valley still reeling from revelations that Nexxxt Level Talent Agency performer Andi Rye a.k.a. Zoe Sparx promoted or condoned bestiality in a 2017 video, President Donald Trump signed a bill that makes animal cruelty a federal felony on Monday. That includes sexually exploiting an animal.

The Preventing Animal Cruelty and Torture (PACT) Act expands on a 2010 law designed to address “crush videos,” where small animals are seen crushed to death by faceless women in high heels.

The PACT Act passed Congress unanimously, and directly bans animal cruelty, including crushing, drowning, suffocating, sexually exploiting, stabbing, or burning animals.

Violators would face federal felony charges, fines, and up to seven years in prison.

Right now, all 50 states have laws on their books against animal cruelty at the state level.

Federal authorities can now go after wrongdoers because they will have federal jurisdiction. They can also prosecute criminals if the cruelty occurs on federal property (for instance, if Andi Rye were hypothetically to blow her master’s dog at a national park).

Here, again, is the Andi Rye video, in which she says that having sexual contact with (i.e. sexually exploiting) a dog is “kinda hot”, and ok as long as the dog is into it.

As if a dog can give consent!

Rye, who wears a dog collar in the clip, is asked by interviewer Pierre Woodman if she would blow a dog if her “master”/daddy told her to do it.

She answers, “Oh yeah, I’d do it.”
