Flash Brown offered plea deal. Will he take it?

Former male performer Flash Brown remains in custody, on multiple charges including battery, pimping, and pandering.

He was officially arranged in March on 7 charges, where he pled not guilty.

  • Count 1 and 2: 273.5(F)(1) – Corporal Injury to a Spouse / Cohabitant
  • Count 3: 266I(A)(1) – Pimping and Pandering
  • Count 4: 647(J)(4) – Revenge Porn
  • Count 5, 6 and 7: 166(C)(1) –  Contempt of Court

At that time his bail, from $205,000 to $243,000.His count 5, 6 and 7, were in regards to previous charges (see list below) of which he was arrested for in October of last year and released pending his trial. He went right back to his wife at the time and beat her up again and that’s where you get the above-stated counts 5-7.

  • 275.5(a) inflicting corporal injury to a spouse,
  • 245 (a) (1) assault with a deadly weapon or instrument other than a firearm
  • 417 (a) (1) drawing a deadly weapon (other than a firearm) in a rude, angry or threatening manner

Flash Brown’s wife is a beautiful mainstream model, originally from Europe. She was held against her will, physically beaten with his fists and then also later with a weapon.

The court has awarded her a ten-year protection and no-contact order.

As for Flash Brown, his bail has gone from the original $205k, to $243k and it now sits at $320k. While I realize it’s strange for a bail amount to continue to go up (normally I’m told they drop over time) but in this case, no such luck.

It’s probably because he has a history of domestic violence and no real ties to the community. Remember he was previously charged with trying to hire a hitman to kill his last wife (not the one listed above).

His next hearing is on September 5, 2019, where he will either accept or reject the plea deal currently on the table, which I’m told is an offer of 8-9 years. If he doesn’t accept the day at his next pre-trial hearing, the case will go to trial, possibly as soon as the end of September, where he faces up to 25 years.

  1. He doesn’t seem like a very nice guy. Probably figures his good looks give him teflon armor.

  2. Nah he lost a few but there is a line of BBCs waiting to jump onto some white pussy. Guys like Brown and Smalls are easily replaced.

  3. Karmafan is right. I looked at Ivy Lebelle’s IR blowbang scene at Dogfart. The only face I recognized was Rico Strong. There’s never a shortage of gay black guys.

  4. California’s criminal justice system is terribly slow. Most defense attorneys force their clients to “waive time”, meaning the 85 day limit will not apply to their case. Once you “waive time” in California, you doom yourself to 3-4 years of court bullshit before your trial. Word of advice, make the prosecutors put their case together quickly and don’t “waive time” without seriously thinking about the consequences. IMO in most cases you are just giving the prosecution the time it needs to put you away. Your defense attorney can put together a case a lot faster than the government can, making them bring you to trial within (IIRC) 85 days of arraignment will weaken their case. The SCOTUS ruled you have the right to a speedy trial, use it.
