On a flight from Seattle to Phoenix, Antonio Sherrodd McGarity is accused of pulling down his pants and masturbating multiple times.

According to a criminal complaint filed, McGarity began his inappropriate behavior early in the three-hour journey.
According to the lawsuit, McGarity was seated in seat 11F, a female witness who was seated in seat 11E. Shortly after takeoff, and in mid-flight, McGarity revealed his penis by removing his pants and briefs and commenced masturbating.
When McGarity fell asleep after one hour of masturbation, the woman began photographing him, then reported him to a flight attendant. She was able to change seats with the help of the crew.
