We all know about Dr David Kulbersh now, but What about some of the other members of that Medical Advisory Board….well if you are expecting the best and the brightest….think again.
Meet Dr Sean Darcy.
Dr Darcy is a Plastic Surgeon…Certainly nothing wrong with that, not sure what it has to do with being on a porn medical advisory board…maybe they also advise pornchicks about boob jobs I dunno.

You learn that Dr Darcy had been dismissed from the Plastic Surgery Residence Program at the University of California, Irvine School of Medicine.
“The reasons for his dismissal included the following:
(a) deficiency in numerous clinical areas including knowledge of anatomy and technical skills,
(b) inconsistent clinical performance resulting in ‘alarming’ evaluations;
(c) ‘lackluster’ and ‘declining’ performance throughout the residency in general;
(d) ‘grossly unacceptable’ test scores in the bottom 9th percentile and bottom 21st percentile nationwide;
(f) falling ‘significantly short in areas of preparation, attention to detail, and follow-up’;
(g) documented incidents where his conduct ‘bordered on dangerous with respect to patient safety’; and
(h) an incident in which defendant Darcy threatened one of his instructors with a scalpel during a remedial suturing skills exercise.”
Yup The Free Speech Coalition sure knows how to pick em….Just like picking Uncle Peg to do a smear campaign on me and others. If you take a look at that joke of a site you see one advertiser….Evil Angel….Know who pays for that ad? Christian Mann as in Board of Directors of the Free Speech Coalition Christian Mann. When your only advertiser tells you to run a smear campaign…you do it.

Now you’re just trying to shame/out people for working with the industry? Where are your test scores, or the name and training of the OSHA-like consultant on your set?
What does this have to do with CET or TTS? Those are the places where talent go to test and they do a good job.

The politics needs to be removed from the testing. The producers use testing to cover their legal asses,,,has nothing to do with healthcare.
There is no need for PASS,,,tests can be verified, as with the TTS system, There is no need for a third party to be involved in this. Let the PERFORMER give the results to whomever they choose,,,no need to have a whole list of names that anybody can access.
There is simply no need for PASS.

Go ask Karen Tynan “what is an OSHA compliance Officer?” If she tells you it must be an additional person or requires paying an outside party…run quick and find a new OSHA lawyer…
FYI…never met her but I feel confident she will confirm the truth…a business “OSHA compliance officer” is the title for the individual filling the role of OSHA compliance, in most small businesses it’s just another hat worn by the owner. (Many large companies & large School districts have separate people and even whole departments for …OSHA, 504, ADA, etc)
Now I could be snarky and rehash your public faults or get back to this post…
The industry is represented by a 501c and it’s subsidiaries…that solicits membership & donations to protect the interests of the industry it represents…the FSC is not only accountable to its members but the public whose higher tax rates subsidize their exempt status because they serve the public. Any shame belongs to the FSC for choosing SEAN DARCY as an appropriate advisor and presenting him as an authority to develop and maintain medical policies.
BTW…shooting the messenger isn’t the best damage control…works better if you say gee just like his unfortunate patient we were in the dark and this situation has changed the vetting or due diligence we will be using in the future.
Board or committee appointments that place “service discounts or in kind donations” above bonafide qualifications always spells trouble down the road.
Interesting you mention that i actually offered Peter warren at AVN the opportunity to talk to him before they ran that little hit piece…they declined.
When one of your largest advertisers says you are going to make this guy look bad, I guess thats what ya do…If this is what Christian Mann wishes for his legacy to be….OK by me.
