John asks: Do you believe in or give any credit to the various current theories regarding there being “secret space programs”?

Without knowing which theories you refer to and without doing anything that could get me into trouble I can say this:

The government ALWAYS has secret programs underway in all areas of technology.

He also asks

Development programs for weapons of mass destruction in Saddam’s Iraq.

Just wondering…do you have any thoughts or opinions on that topic?

Yes I do. We know for sure that Saddam had weapons of mass destruction in the form of chemical and biological weapons. How do we know that? Easy we sold them to him. Did he have a Uranium Enrichment program going on? There has been no evidence that he did, Iran on the other hand….
