According to Mister Marcus attorney there was no second DUI (even though that was reported in the L A Times. But the May 22nd arrest was because the DUI on May 9th was a probation Violation….and what was Mister Marcus on Probation for?
Speeding.
Ya right a DUI and a prior speeding violation got him a 200K bond, and got his DUI upgraded to a FELONY

Isn’t 200k bond higher then what murderers and rapists have to put up?
I call bullshit as well. He must have at least five DUIs including the two he has been arrested for recently. It would be very interesting now that his legal name is public to see what his rap sheet looks like.
