One says she was his agent, and the other said that one of his talent worked with him.Agents have legal duties, including verifying that the place they send someone to work has Workers Comp Insurance. By admitting that these people are their talent they have seemingly opened the door for OSHA to seek employment records. The companies are also required by law to offer testing and treatment to anyone exposed to blood borne pathogens, and to report this exposure to OSHA.When you publicly state that a person you represent has worked with an infected individual you open the door, as wide as it can possibly open.The criminal and civil liability for this douchebag are pretty serious too, and possibly for the companies if they don’t provide proper follow up care IMMEDIATELY.One good lawyer is all it takes, actually, one lousy lawyer could handle this.
