Liberty Media / CorbinFisher has taken the lead – as they have many times in the past. Liberty media has filed suit against Oron.com, parent company FF Magnat and the REAL owner, a guy in Jacksonville, Florida, Maxim Bochenko a/k/a Roman Romanov.
Liberty, and those working with them, have done the VERY HARD work of tracking down the real owners and have busted through all the shell companies, fake identities, and traced the money.
It will now be easier for others to sue because that information is now in the public record and new suits would not be as costly to prepare and litigate.
This will likely bring the downfall of oron and the ripple effects will almost certainly bring down more of the file lockers just as the megaupload bust did.
Score one for the good guys and good job Liberty media.

So the Mr Big Of Oron, the huge child pornography site, has been operating and living in the United States all this time? Not in the insulated safety of Russia? Very strange. Cant understand why the FEDS havent even made a peep about Maxim Bochenko. But yet went across the globe for Megaupload’s “fat man”, currently trying tooth and nail to extradite him.

Feds went after MU because of Megabox and Chris Dodd, no need to mention that dodd is a close friend to vice president. Oron is small kid infront of MU, RS, HF, DF etc.,
still I strongly support taking down oron coz my files are still on live that site and I know I lose money.
