GirlsDoPorn Videographer Admitted He Lied To Victims

Things are not going well for GirlsDoPorn in their trial. The trial is now in its second week and is expected to continue for at least another month.

The videographer (a guy named Teddy Gyi), rolled over on Michael J. Pratt and Andre Garcia.

Not only did he admit he lied, but he also testified that Garcia did as well.

“I heard [Andre Garcia] tell women the videos would not be posted online,” Gyi testified.

There are other employees who are expected to testify in the coming weeks, to basically put the nail if Pratt’s coffin.

Despite rumors (or publicity stunts) to the contrary, vital information from the now-defunct PornWikiLeaks website was not trashed. The government has everything they need from the website and has had for some time.

This will all play into the upcoming criminal case though, not the current civil one.

The civil lawsuit is still a big deal though. In addition to $500,000 in compensatory damages for each woman, they seek punitive damages for claims that include intentional and negligent misrepresentation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, misappropriation of name and likeness and breach of contract.

Here are the defendants: Girlsdoporn.com; Michael Pratt; Andre Garcia; Matthew Wolfe; BLL Media Inc.; BLL Media Holdings LLC, a Nevada limited liability company; DOMI Publications LLC, a Nevada limited liability company; EG Publications Inc.; M1M Media LLC; Bubblegum Films Inc.; Oh Well Media Limited; Merro Media Inc.; Merro Media Holdings LLC, a Nevada limited liability company.

  1. Even though some of the girls CLEARLY knew what they were getting into, yeah, these guys are about as fucked as fucked can be.

I’d be interested to know if some of their models who actually had careers in porn like Alexis Adams, Katerina Kay, and Layla London tried to catch a payday.

  2. If it was because they were in need of money then I guess I get it. But if not then why would they go through with it even after he said he wasnt going to post it online. Im curious what reason he gave as to why he was recording it in the first place.
