Hey man,
A while ago I came across a video I liked on tube8 and and bookmarked it. Tried to watch it a little while later but it had been removed by then. I checked the page source and sure enough the url of the video file was still there and I was able to download it and watch it on my computer. That was over 3 weeks ago and the file is still available today. I noticed this with a few videos. So they don’t actually DELETE the videos, they just make it a little harder to watch ’em. I’m not familiar with DMCA laws so I don’t know…but it would seem like that’s breaking some kind of rule, no?
