I’m not sure if most of you are aware but Teagan Presley recently got married and the other day on Twitter she announced that she and her new husband are expecting their first child.
They aren’t far along enough yet to know if it’s a boy or girl but I’m sure when the time comes she’ll let us know the sex of her unborn child.

That is an excellent question, Karma. Unfortunately, under both state and federal laws intended to create a father (and a nexus for child support) for every child the husband is automatically the legal father no matter what happens. As for the biological father, I would guess either an amino for genetic testing will be performed at about four months gestation or genetic testing will be performed after birth if they really want that information.
