A woman alleges she suffered serious injuries from riding a “mechanical penis” attraction at a Fremont Street Las Vegas bar, according to a lawsuit filed this week.

The suit, filed in Clark County District Court on behalf of Amber Zabran of Illinois, names as a defendant The Nerd, a bar at Neonopolis, and alleges negligence and liability for her injuries.
According to the suit, Zabran and her friends visited The Nerd in 2025 near closing time and asked an employee to ride the “mechanical penis attraction.”

There were no waivers or releases provided, the suit alleges, and Zabran was not informed of any risks or precautionary measures to take.
She rode the attraction while the employee operated the attraction via a joystick and control panel, with the ride starting slow before speeding up.
