You are overlooking the primary reason for 2257, and it ain’t “protecting the children”. A 2257 inspection provides a search of your premises without a warrant.

So… one morning, Mr. Fibbie knocks on the door and says he’s there to perform a 2257 check on Mike South. While there he’s able to take a visual look around, noting anything provides a “reasonable”…and I might add that’s going to be a wide range of reason…cause to look further. Note I did not say probable, because he’s not looking for a crime…yet.

Now, after seeing the World Headquarters of Mike South Inc., Mr. Fibbie sees that on one ID, there is a letter i without a dot over it. Well if there’s one, there must be more….so let’s pull the entire history of South River video’s id process.

And Mr. Fibbie steps out to call Mr IRS and tell him of Mike South’s sloppy record keeping, and of the opulent over indulgence of Mike South’s double wide. So Mr. IRS takes a look at South River Video and Mike South’s returns. A-HAH! Look here, Mike South declared such a small amount of income, and Mr. IRS has just read an article about porn being a multi billion dollar industry….ergo, Mike South must be hiding income, and cheating…yes you guessed it…”the children” out of their tribute.

Meanwhile, Mr. Fibbie has completed his examination of Mike’s rectum….I mean records….all the while preventing Mike from jazzing on the face of yet another young sweet hottie on (plug alert) “SouthernBukkake.com”. Mr. Fibbie has found 3 t’s and 4 i’s not crossed, dotted, extrapolated and churned properly until curdled. That’ll be a $20,000 fine please.
