Theoretically, that’s true. Couples-friendly Vivid now has squirting all the time – Heck, even Janine squirts in a couple of Vivid movies.

In reality, the feds have not had much luck of late going after some very hardcore material.

I don’t mean to minimize how much he spent in legal fees, which I’m sure were considerable, but Seymour got off with a slap on the wrist for fisting.  

Rob Black’s case was initially tossed by a federal judge before it even got to trial – it doesn’t get much rougher than what Extreme was doing. The government may have better luck when and if they finally go to trial, but to date it’s Extreme 1, Govmn’t 0.

The feds had a setback in the other recent obscenity case (Mike, you’re more familiar with this one than I am).

We’re still waiting to see what happens to Max Hardcore, who was indicted last June.

So, while one way to look at it is that if they can get Buttman, they can get anyone.

The other way to look at it is: If they strike out with Extreme, Max Hardcore, and Buttman’s fisting, they can’t get anyone short of a snuff film.
