According to my neurosurgeon my spinal health is outstanding for someone my age.
Not sure exactly what that means but he assures me I’m in good health but suggested I lay off things like laying flooring….Dont laugh I do that quite a bit.
Its always a bit unsettling going back for the check ups but this time no MRI just a few X-Rays that I will have results of tomorrow.
I did try to get on the healthcare.gov website to change my insurance but its consistently down even though they appear to have load balancing servers running….give it a few weeks…

@Mike –
Glad to hear the good news. I haven’t even attempted the healthcare.gov site yet.
Congratulations on the good news Mike!!!
I’m sure you’ll get good news on your x-ray results tomorrow as well.
Congrats on the good news. I wish I could say the same. I also get what the doc is saying about laying flooring and other construction activities. That is part of my back issues now, I was always too cheap to hire the construction out and preferred to get a few family and friends together to help do the job. May your spine never get you into the situation that required surgery in the first place ever again. With the stakes you faced then once in a lifetime is more than enough for anyone.
