Adult Star Marsha May is back in jail. In 2014, May was arrested on 14 felony counts all relating to drugging and raping 3 underage girls, ages 12, 13, and 14. She gave alcohol and drugs to three children, one a pre-pubescent. She and two men then had sex with those children, recorded it and when Marsha May was arrested, she had a copy of a video of herself and the 12-year-old having sex, on her cell phone.
Shockingly, even with proof, she got off with only 10 years probation.
She’s now violated that probation with her May 7th arrest for possession of fentanyl and drug paraphernalia.
These two charges violate her probation of wilful child abuse – which is to Intentionally, wantonly, or recklessly cause serious physical injury, torture, cruel confinement, or cruel punishment to a child age 12 or younger.
As it’s a felony she now faces 10 years or more in prison.
She remains in custody at this time. We’ll update you as more information becomes available on this case.

Don’t know how people can be so stupid. If you manage to skate on some serious charges with probation anyone with half a brain knows you gotta keep your nose clean.
She had to do a surety bond on $1000? I guess the child molestation and escorting business isn’t very lucrative nowadays? I thought porn performer escorts made $1500 per trick.
@mharris127 From what I understand they aren’t giving her a bond on two of the charges, so that’s why she’s still in jail.
Kelli, that makes me feel better. Marsha May the child fucker needs to be in prison for the rest of her life (unfortunately the death penalty is off the table thanks to the idiots on the SCOTUS a couple of decades ago — at least in 49 states). Ten years probation for raping a kid is ridiculously lenient to begin with but getting no prison time for it and catching other felony charges while on probation is beyond stupid. She got the deal of the century with her original probation sentence for raping little kids, I guess she will now have to go to prison to learn her lesson. I heard they hate child molesters in prison and people like Marsha get their asses kicked and worse routinely in Florida prisons. I hope some guard treats her like she treated those poor little kids the night she raped them.
