Scathing legal filing calls the complaint “nothing more than a transparent attempt to capitalize on Ward’s meteoric success” and “part of [a] quest for free publicity and in furtherance of [a] shakedown scheme.”
In April we reported on a civil lawsuit shakedown filed against adult superstar Maitland Ward over an alleged video production deal gone bad.
Ward maintained that the entire narrative upon which the case is based is “a complete fairy tale” and issued a statement calling the case — filed by attorney Allan Gelbard — an attempt to “extort” her.
She has denied all the claims made in Gelbard’s complaint, calling them “pure fantasy,” and has now filed a demurrer, demonstrating that some of the allegations are not even pleaded properly.
The insufferable Gelbard is of course best known as the bus driver in the Shane’s World video series.
