Apparently they have closed their offices, discontinued employee health insurance and are about to go belly up. If anyone is working, I’m told they are doing it from home for now.
Montcalm publishes Gallery and Fox Magazines and has been under fire lately from models and photographers who haven’t been paid in months, some are threatening lawsuits and some have actually filed I’m told.
Legal battles and declining readership over the years, thanks primarily to the net has apparently taken it’s toll on the company.
