Guilty…he gets a new trial on appeal because of the jury fuck ups. Not Guilty the prosecution loses and he can’t be retried. Hung the prosecution tries him again. See the problem? the prosecution can’t win. They should have moved for a mistrial days ago when they jury foreman was released and started over. What a crock.
