Rumors were that Paul Fishbein had sold his interest in AVN to Darren Roberts.
I spoke with Paul today and he went on the record with the answer
“No”
Which was pretty much as I expected. These rumors pop up all the time about AVN. Someday it may be true and if it is you will read about here but once again it’s just another rumor that isn’t factual.
