I watched the video. Unfortunately, people like Harvey Weinstein like to be dominated and he probably partook in that activity at least twice a week anyway. If this were a California case I would tend to agree with you, Karma. However, this is a NYC case and judges in the counties that make up NYC don’t usually fuck around like California judges do. Everyone has their price (including judges and NYC jurors) but I think Harv actually has a 50/50 shot at what for him will be a lifetime sentence at Attica (or one of the NYDOC other prisons such as Sing Sing — named after Mike South’s own Hop Sing 🙂 ). There are enough gang bangers in NYC going to prison that I think Harv will be made some Latin King’s or Crip’s bitch (or spend the rest of his life in bitch city otherwise known as protective segregation). Word to Harv and his rapist buddies if he is reading this — Attica is known for nasty, violent riots where people like them are killed. My bet is Harv the rapist and soon to be Crip cocksucker and asslicker doesn’t last six months if that is where he is sent. Sing Sing isn’t much better (but at least the inmates don’t have the propensity to riot and kill every inmate in bitch city every three months whether they need to or not).
