Since 2001 adult industry performers have paid out of their own pockets over $10,000,000.00(ten million) for std testing.  The amount that performers have paid for treatment of stds is anyone’s guess, but it to is well into the millions, and thats not counting those with HIV.

Producers would like to say thank you to all the suckers, oops, we mean performers who have paid these bills that we are legally obligated to pay. People say the porn industry is a circus, and they couldnt be more right.  Like Barnum once said, “Theres a sucker born every minute,”   and in the porn industry its true to,”Theres a sucker(performer) paying a producers bill every minute.”

TEN MILLION DOLLARS straight out of performer pockets for testiing alone.  Too bad performers have no CHOICE in this matter.
