If he passed a forged test, he needs to be blacklisted — period! If he had a “valid” test but knew he had VD (say, from a test administered by Dr. Rigg or LADPH) he should be blacklisted — period! If he only suspected he might have VD but didn’t know, I think he is a dick but suspicion is not knowing and he should be suspended from performing for six months or so. Obviously if he thought he had HIV/AIDS, he damn well better come back clean or he should go to the same jail that Mr. Syphilis did time in.
