An agent is a pimp with a license. I don’t see anything wrong with pimping as long as it is at least half-ass ethically done but an agent allowing and a performer fucking someone without informing them of any VDs he/she have is not ethical. Herpes is minor enough that I don’t have a big problem with someone working in adult film having it but that person must tell each and every partner that he/she has it — without exception! If the agent knows a performer has herpes he/she must tell the performer as well.

Michigan for one has such a law and violations carry up to four years in state prison. The state might not want him to know of the investigation yet and Sekhmet was asked not to publish the name of the person or state of violation in order not to jeopardize it.
