its possible that she might be the victim of racism, but if you have ever met this woman you’d know within minutes that the is a fucking nightmare. sure she looks very attractive and very in shape, but shes in her early 30’s and she will throw tantrums and act like a diva. i know that she doesn’t do drugs but she acts like shes on them. she will freak out, cuss everyone out around her and then make demands. she is a nightmare, avoid her at all costs. the porn industry isn’t for her, she feeds the stereo type that black women are hard to work with in the industry, and its horrible stereotypes like that that have reduced the rates of black women over the years.

APAC, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE take special not of section 1703.4 and all its subdivision. Has an agent ever charged you for photographs, take them to court and cancel your contract with no fee.

Brandi, note the law that talks about an agent making public negative material about a performer who has contracted that agency. Screen cap every negative thing said about you and get a lawyer. If what you said here is true, you have a slam dunk case.

And if the Agent is using sub-agents, those sub-agents are EMPLOYEES, not independent contractors, and are under the direct control of the agency.
